ByPlus Group seek to fill the role of Sales Partner Manager.
Successful candidate to start immediately.
Work location : Abuja, Remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Independently identify and utilize resources (including analysis of market data and trends), to develop sales plans/strategies to identify, contact and create relationships with new leads.
- Determine appropriate strategies to develop relationship with potential sales partners through the application process.
- Prepare market analysis and market intelligence gathering, to develop plans and strategies to locate and develop potential sales partner
- Develop and implement a robust strategic recruitment approach and process to identify qualified Marketers.
- Embrace a team approach, working collaboratively with other departments
- Develop referral from existing contacts and sales partners and prospects for self-generated leads.
- Works closely with the CEOt to develop and implement innovative approaches and creative campaigns to generate leads.
- Be the project manager for sales partner planning, marketing implementation and sales execution, to ensure alliance with sales partners strategy and goals.
- Help establish clear Franchise KPIs and ensure efforts align with and meet these KPIs.
- Facilitate communication of Franchise strategy to sales partners.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or it’s equivalent in Business or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 5years experience in a sales role, with demonstrated track record in territory sales growth in current and new markets.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality.
- Proven ability to represent a sales brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation skills.
- .Must have a startup business growth mindset.
- Ability to network with and maintain relationships with diverse sets of people.
- Record of selling to or working in unstructured environments.
- Strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Strong social media account holder.
